Innovation with Substance is a community interest company (CIC), a legal structure for a social enterprise that allows us to work creatively and entrepreneurially, but with a social purpose.

Any profits that IWS makes are not handed out to shareholders, instead they are invested back into the company or into projects close to our heart. This allows us to improve what we do and continue to help customers and clients.
